무릎 앞쪽면, 무릎인대(patella ligament)의 가쪽 오목한 곳으로. 무릎을 굽혔을 때, 무릎뼈 아래가쪽 오목한 곳에서 취혈한다.

- 0.3～0.5寸 直刺
- 內膝眼쪽으로 2～2.5寸 透刺
