취혈
손바닥이 위쪽을 향하게 하고 팔꿈치를 45°로 굽힌 자세에서, 팔오금주름 위, 위팔두갈래근힘줄의 안쪽에서 취혈한다.

- 直刺 0.5～1寸(不宜深刺)
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸
- 三稜鍼으로 點刺出血 (특히 中暑, 霍亂 등의 急性胃腸病 치료시)
