취혈
먼저 양쪽 엉덩뼈능선(iliac crest)의 가장 높은 지점을 연결하는 선의 중점에서 넷째 허리뼈 가시돌기를 찾고, 그 아래쪽 오목한 곳에서 취혈한다.
