취혈
어깨뼈가시(spine of the scapula) 안쪽끝을 지나는 수평선과 뒤정중선(posterior median line)이 만나는 지점이 셋째 등뼈(the 3th thoracic vertebra)가 된다. 그 가시돌기 아래쪽 오목한 곳에서 취혈한다.

- 直刺 0.3～0.5寸
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸 (鍼尖을 약간 上向하여 刺入)
