발등, 가쪽복사(lateral malleolus) 앞모서리에서 먼 쪽, 다섯째 발허리뼈거친면(tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal bone) 뒤쪽, 입방뼈(cuboid bone) 아래쪽의 오목한 곳.

다섯째 발허리뼈거친면은 대개 발꿈치(heel)와 다섯째 발허리발가락관절(the 5th metatarsophalangeal joint)을 연결하는 선 중간에 위치한다.
