膏肓(BL43)과 넷째 등뼈 가시돌기 아래모서리 사이의 중점에서 취혈한다.
침구법
- 直刺 0.3～0.5寸
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸 (척추를 향해 30° 上方이나 下斜方으로)
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸 (척추를 향해 30° 上方이나 下斜方으로)
