취혈
둘째 뒤엉치뼈구멍은 위뒤엉덩뼈가시(posterior superior iliac spine)와 둘째 엉치뼈 가시돌기(spinous process of the 2nd sacral vertebra)를 연결하는 선의 중점, 오목한 곳에서 촉지된다.
