취혈
바르게 앉아 팔을 몸통 옆으로 늘어뜨리고, 肩井(GB21)과 曲垣(SI13)의 중간에서 취혈한다.

- 直刺 0.3～0.5寸 (肩胛棘의 방향으로 偏向하여 刺入, 不宜深刺)
