목 앞부위, 반지연골(cricoid cartilage)과 같은 높이, 목빗근(sternocleidomastoid muscle)의 뒤모서리 바로 뒤쪽.

취혈
扶突(LI18)에서 수직으로 아래, 水突(ST10)과 수평한 지점에서 취혈한다.

침구법
- 直刺 0.3～0.5寸
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸
